I checked out the site (because the movie may get here sometime in 2007) and couldn’t believe they used that voice for the trailer…

yyyuuukkkk –

” …Arnold Schwarzenneger plays a man…. whose family have been betrayed… then murdered – now its his turn…” – all that stuff that I thought must have been ridiculed out of Hollywood prior to the millennium – and its in the trailer for this!

the intro to the web site (a summary in stills) is much more effective.

You are correct, Peggy. Just checked it out on the official site.

The movie actually tells both sides — mostly from the perspective of the Saint family, but also the tribe. They pretty much agree on the same version at this point.

Is that the group that Jim Elliot was in? I’ve heard his story before but not from the perspective of the tribe.

that’s an interesting looking film – and thanks for the subtitle mention, this stuff is important to me too – many people are put off a movie due to struggling with the legibility of such titles.
