I’ve seen the first one (which may have brought on to my fear of flying) and never saw the second one but, I have to say that the director and writers (Glen Morgan and James Wong) of this second sequel should be known to most folks of Chris Carter’s THE X-FILES early episode seasons. They wrote the best episodes early on and I am glad that they are now doing features. So, I’m hoping they haven’t lost their magic touch with FD3.

I will be in at the San Francisco Film Festival on that night, thanks.

Glen’s brother Darin Morgan wrote the best ever episodes of the x-files, and it’s a damn shame he hasn’t done much since.

  • They did FD1 as well. Also, Willard starring Crispin Glover and The One starring Mark Borchardt.

FD1 was pretty badly directed, IMO (I liked FD2 better). But Willard was solid, better than the original.

But the main point here still is:

Does anyone actually want to come to the screening?

I think I’d get murdered by Xenia if I went to this without her, but if I can do some smooth talking, I might be down… I think the FD flicks are both amazing (2 is where they really nailed the Rube Goldberg gimmick death stuff perfectly, but both are fun as hell), and I can’t wait for this…
