This movie has has the most bass-akwards marketing campaign ever.
Ralph over at KROQ was so damn excited about this movie this morning and I was, like, what the hell is “Cloverfield”?
You tempt me with your spoilers, sir. We’ll see how long I can hold out.
That was a great review. I won’t see it, so thanks for the spoiler.
I just want to know what was wreaking in NYC…
Oh, I just read your review… The monster sounds like what Harry Knowles have been denying what it would look like. So, now I know.
As much as I was gung-ho to see this film, I hear there is a lot of shaky camera work here. If it is anything like “Breaking The Waves,” I’ll probably wait until DVD to see “Cloverfield.”
Because in “Breaking The Waves” in the theater, I ended up nauseated, dizzy and vomited into my popcorn container…and I was with my then girlfriend at that time. And, she was asleep due to the shaky camera work. She couldn’t take it either.
