So in the end, despite everything, this election turned out pretty much the way they always do:

The better-looking and more charming of the two guys won.

As my readers probably know, AFI Fest is still going on in Hollywood. Remarkably, the fest started on Halloween and continued right through election day, but programmed less heavily on those two days.
