Happy Happy, Toy Toy

McFarlane Toys just released a whole bunch of new images and plans regarding their toys for the rest of the year. Casual readers may remember McFarlane as the folks behind the historical murderers line, the Twisted Land of Oz, and the recent dominatrix-style Little Red Riding Hood I just posted a few days ago.

Here are the rest of the Twisted Fairy Tales:

Hansel

Gretel

Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Eater

Little Miss Muffett

Humpty Dumpty (warning: serious risk of losing your lunch when you see this one)

So, what sick, twisted, and depraved toy lines are they going to bless us with this year?

The Simpsons

The Wallace and Gromit movie

and

The U.S. Military!

A more obvious license that they got was Tim Burton's new stop-motion flick THE CORPSE BRIDE. And they're doing some small-scale Alien vs. Predator dioramas.

And they've also got the best Elvis figure made so far.

Can't wait to see what they do with The Simpsons, though.

i didn't like red riding hood so much, but gretel is pretty hot. the rest of them are stupid, and the fairy tale references are best left forgotten.

have to see more pictures of miss muffet, but it looks like a girl being raped by shelob. not cool.

sean, the fact that you like any of them is better than usual, innit?

I'm a little disappointed that Humpty Dumpty isn't a big, demented cracked egg with yolk spilling out of his head and waving a spoon. That's what I was hoping for. Instead, we essentially get Twisted Tweedledum (without the moster crow that oughta be eating his innards or something).

Miss Muffett looks a bit like a luchadore in that light.
