Does the article linked above settle that debate about genetic differences between men and women?

That debate was about behavioral and cognitive differences, and what could concretely be linked to hormone levels and brain configuration versus cultural and social conditioning. It was not about metabolism.
Now if you don't mind, I'm trying to prolong my life over here.
